Naseeb Privacy Policy

How Naseeb handles account, profile, matchmaking, messaging, and safety information.

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, password, and date of birth; profile information such as location, profession, biography, languages, and matchmaking preferences; and family workspace and invitation information.

When you use Naseeb, we also process introductions, conversations, reviews, reports, blocks, verification status, notifications, and account-session information needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to operate the adult matchmaking service, support family-first review and introduction flows, enable workspace collaboration and chat, maintain account security, and detect, investigate, and address abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

Relationship, matchmaking, introduction, and chat activity can be sensitive. We limit use of this information to service operation, safety, and legal obligations.

Family invitations

A workspace owner can invite a family member by entering that person's email address. For an invitation we store only the email address, the invitation status, and the sender's confirmation that the invited person agreed to be contacted. The app refuses to send an invitation without that confirmation.

We do not create an account, a profile, or a workspace membership for the person who is invited. Nothing about them is collected from other sources, and no profile is created on their behalf. They join a workspace only by signing in to their own account with that email address and accepting the invitation, and they can simply ignore or decline it.

Sharing and moderation

Information is shown to other people only as required by the product flow and the privacy choices you make. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate Naseeb and where required to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce our terms.

Reports, blocks, and related safety information may be reviewed by authorized moderators to protect the community and enforce our policies.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit your profile, manage discovery visibility, report or block users, and delete your account in the app. To delete your account, open Profile, choose Account, and select Delete account.

Account deletion removes the account and associated data from the active product database. Any retention required for a legal obligation, fraud prevention, or user safety will be defined in the production retention schedule before launch.
