Safety concerns
Use the in-app report tools for a profile or conversation whenever possible so the moderation workflow has the relevant context. You can also block a user and mute a conversation in the app.
If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services first. Naseeb support is not an emergency service.
Account deletion
You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile, Account, then Delete account. This action cannot be undone.
Reviewer access
App Review access instructions and test credentials are provided privately in App Store Connect, not through this public support page.
