How to control profile information, request help, and permanently delete an account.

Control your profile
In the app, you can update profile information, manage discovery visibility, block users, and report profiles or conversations.
Delete your account in the app
Open Profile, choose Account, then select Delete account. The app asks you to confirm before permanently deleting the account. You do not need to contact support to complete this request.
Privacy questions and requests
For help accessing or correcting information, or for privacy questions, email support@naseeb.app from the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify and protect your account before responding.
Deletion and retention
Deletion removes the account and associated data from the active product database. The production policy will state any narrowly tailored retention required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or user safety before the public launch.
